My Fios OEM remotes no longer work. enough to be annoying. Volume stops working or channels or pause stops working. this performs all basic functions and works! one problem - a different location of the buttons. Smaller buttons also sometimes get stuck if you press too hard and have to be pulled out with your fingernail.

Works mostly. There is a weird feature that turns the enter key into a mute key and the mute key doesn't work. But everything else seems to do what it's supposed to. It's supposed to be the original remote, but it has a giant CHUNGSHOP sticker on it. You really have to point it at the TV box or it won't work. I have to raise my hand to smooth them. Honestly, this is not a very good remote control. I should probably return it.

Mint condition means the remote control is pretty clean. The back half is dirty and scratched. The front panel is relatively clean, but "carbon deposits" are visible in the spaces between the buttons and the case. It looks like the seller took the front panel off, washed it in the dishwasher and reassembled it. This works, but some of the buttons have to be pressed unnecessarily hard to activate their function. I suspect that due to usage some of the switch contacts are worn out.

Everything was fine, then the buttons started hissing. Either they work or they don't work. it's a disappointing hit and miss. I've tried programming it several times following the instructions on the back of the remote control. The return window was April 5th. I noticed it, but at the time I figured I'd just have to reprogram it. I hope the seller will contact you to help you.
