My order, a replacement FiOS remote control, has worked great with my devices. Although it has hardly been used (which is better than my other remotes) it works and looks like new and has saved me over 50% money. Easy programming guide and better than the hassle and expense of buying a new one through Verizon. I originally ordered a new one from Verizon for 14.99, paid the extra 12.99 for next day shipping and 4 days later no shipping. I canceled the order and bought through you.
