I bought one and I love it. How wonderful. I bought a second one. I plugged it in, it worked fine but hasn't been used for a few months. When we tried to use it it didn't work. Changed bulb, no success. It was confusing. It hadn't been damaged or touched or anything, it just wasn't working. It's just poor production and unfortunately I couldn't return it because it was outside the return window :(. I was about to throw it in the trash but found I could remove the bottom part (light part) and keep the top lamp and was thinking how to reuse/recycle it I found it glides perfectly over a candle in a 22oz jar Candlelight makes the crystals shine beautifully Upload photo but it doesn't match reality Disappointed overall I wouldn't recommend buying until they fix the quality control issue.
