Cute little project boxes. I'm using one to make a small box with a desktop radio mic extension port with an 8-pin jack (eg ethernet style), a 3.5mm footswitch jack and a patch cord for the radio. They're not waterproof, but they don't claim to be. If you need it, you can seal the seam with silicone, but that still may not work. In general I am very satisfied with the product.
