First of all, this is a very cool and unique product that will bring a smile to the faces of both adults and children. I ordered these to share with a friend the little stockings for kids and grandkids on our list. We needed 5 pieces. Unfortunately there were only 9 in a sealed package. Snowman missing? Disappointing as now one of us is little and doesn't know how to give to 4 kids instead of the 5th! I will try to contact the company directly!
