They're incredibly sturdy and were able to hold up my heavy lights without any issues. The 3.5' extension arm is a great addition - it allows me to position my lights exactly where I need them. The only reason I'm not giving this product a full 5 stars is because the setup instructions were a bit confusing. It took me longer than it should have to put them together. However, once I figured it out, they were easy to assemble and have been great to work with since.
