The best feature is that I can see my candidate’s profile in real time, which saves me from going through stacks of applications to find who stands out most for future interviews or even hiring decisions! A few things seem too strict/difficult; but nothing big enough as far what would be something worthy considering looking at an alternative platform like Recruiterbox instead (paid though!). Having all your profiles online and accessible by recruitors helps cut down potential "bad hires"; saving you both money AND resources over any length employment period because employers want reliable employees with experience &amp knowledge base etc - so it could literally save companies hundreds per year if they choose this service compared other recruitment services providers available today? That's about $$$ right there!! Good idea overall worth while investment into especially now we are moving more towards remote working environments where having someone local present seems unnecessary anyway ;). The ease of creating job boards, posting jobs and tracking applicants is great! I dislike that it's not mobile friendly (though they are working towards this) but overall i am very happy with lingocareerstoday. It has allowed us to create multiple platforms for our clients in one place instead of having them all scattered around different sites and applications. We also have more control over what information we want prospective candidates to see before applying.
