Review on SAMSUNG Electronics VR20T6001MW/AA Jetbot Robotic Cleaner: Dual πŸ€– Spinning Microfiber Pads for Tile, Vinyl, Laminate, and Hardwood by Carl Lee

Revainrating 4 out of 5

If you're a laid-back (non-serious) caretaker like me, this could be your friend.

This baby has no memory. But he doesn't get stuck. It can get lost, but at least it doesn't stop working when it complains about soil structure. The cleaner itself is acceptable. The floor feels different (better) after cleaning. It's amazingly quiet. I really liked the noise level compared to iRobot products. I didn't want to use the vacuum function because of concerns about mold in the suction area. Small and light, which is a plus for me. I wish it had more run time but longer run time would make the battery and weight more than it is now. I just hope the mop replacement can be done online. Requires a call (no chat) to customer service during business hours as mop is not listed on website or Revain. I liked it, I would recommend it for cleaners who are relaxed about everyday life, but not for germ-conscious obsessive-compulsive disorders. I am actually buying a second set to cover the other floor. update after 2 months; i still like it Then there was a problem trying to buy extra mops. They are not sold on the Samsung website. (Please read to the end. The correct answer is there) It is available on Samsungparts.com. I waited patiently for over 1 hour and finally placed an order for $33 per x3 thinking they should be made out of silk. I don't even buy facial tissues for that much money. One way or another I liked the machine and I realized that this was a special order Made In Korea. I didn't realize until I opened Fedex (what a luxury! Express mop delivery!) that I paid >$10 that I got 3 mops and not 3 pairs. Hi! Sorry, but this cute machine works with pairs of mops, not "everyone". It turns out I paid for 1.5 pairs that practically can only use 1 extra pair and pay 33 x 3 + 10 (shipping)? That's enough to buy a decent handheld vacuum! I called them to complain and they said they would take care of it and call me back in a day. So I'll see. When I searched on a Korean website where I can't buy directly, the exact same pair is sold at $7 under Everybot. It's almost 1/5. Maybe I need to buy 100 of these in Korea and leave my contacts here so Jetbot buyers can buy these mops at a fair price instead of $66 + shipping per pair. I would rather wait and save 10€ on shipping. I think a fair price for a pair of these mops is around $15 and should never exceed $20. I like Samsung products in general, but for Samsung to be successful, they need to provide cheap parts, not rip-offs. By the way, the car is fantastic. If Samsung gives me the other 3 for free, which makes a $33 pair, I'll take the deal, but I won't be using the palm-sized $66 mop in any way. No! update to samsungparts.com; They accept returns without providing a shipping label. Samsung should control the price. There was no point in torturing the call center lady who handled the delivery through a third party, so I got the return information. If you can afford a budget mop or only need 1 pair of each type this is a good machine. I hope the folks at Samsung read this and know a fair price for a mop. Who buys a cleaning robot when you have to spend >70 euros for a replacement wiper? Last Update: Guys buy this. 2 sets for $20. -808f-c1cecaa3e5bb&pd_rd_w=Z56W2&pd_rd_wg=IQlaE&pf_rd_p=ce6c479b-ef53-49a6-845b-bbbf35c28dd3&pf_rd_r=V9X4BH22M53TMS9X89HT&pscview=1&refRID=V9X4MReSHT#
