Cheap handle, cheap manual lock and cheap internal clutch mechanism that quickly fails over time. I bought the safe in June 2017, tested it, programmed it, tested it, locked it, tested it and put valuables in it. After 6 months it will not open. Solenoid valve, clutch or lock is frozen. Now I'm often told that if I don't open the safe regularly, it kind of freezes (meaning it's my fault). Then the incredibly horrible and frustrating customer service process (staff were nice enough), but "their process" took hours of my time and weeks of back and forth (insert new batteries, lube and wiggle the lock, wiggle the handle, push down). Door, hammer around the door to loosen the clutch etc before telling me I need to get 3 locksmith quotes to get it approved. Complete scam. They sell a faulty product and then I have to spend all my time trying to fix it and service it (because of a lousy $200 safe) So at that point someone could break into my house and break into my safe since I have it can't open.
