I got this dress for my wife. Here is her review. This dress is a thicker fabric than I expected, so it would not be good for hotter weather. The fabric also gets wrinkly easily. The neckline cut and sleeves are quite flattering, and the bodice is fitted. I wear between a large and XL, so, to be safe, I ordered the XL. It is a bit snug. I would say to definitely go up in size. The color of the dress is very pretty. The length is slightly long for me coming to about a quarter of the way down my calf. I'm 5'9", so this would be very long for someone who is much shorter than me. Overall, I will wear this dress, and it's pretty, but it is not my favorite dress in my wardrobe. I think I would like it a lot more if it didn't run small and it was a lighter weight fabric.
