This is a great product for inflating car tyres. The only downside is that this product has some specific things you need to do when inflating car tires. First of all, don't be surprised if you put the device on the ground while inflating the tires and then hear a hissing noise. This hiss is due to a loose connection between the tire valve stem and the product itself. To fix this you will need to hold the product flush with the valve stem or place it on a chair or other stand. The product works great and doesn't hiss when your dial is at the 5, 6 or 7 o'clock position. The second thing I want to say about this is that you need to be patient while waiting for your tire to fill up. For example, I had to add 3 pounds of extra pressure to my tire. It took almost 7 minutes for the pressure gauge to show that the tire was successfully inflated. Finally, I was expecting the device to turn itself off once it hits the set pressure limit, but it doesn't.
