*Updated* 09/07/20After receiving my feedback, the company got in touch with me. They were very apologetic for the issues I encountered. Not only did they return my purchase, they agreed to send a replacement case. The new cover is perfect! The keyboard cover still doesn't fit (the arrow keys are for the old keyboard, not the updated 2020 model) so I still don't consider this a 5 star product. However if there was a way to rate it a 4.5/5 I would definitely do so and I would give 5/5 solely for the customer service I received. This case is beautiful but VERY difficult. The case is advertised as compatible with the A2179 (latest Air 2020), but the parts that "snap" into the sides of the keyboard don't fit perfectly. It took me over 30 minutes to snap them into place and they still don't fit perfectly. Since the case doesn't quite fit, I'm not sure how durable it will be over time. However, unlike other cases I've tried, this one eventually snaps (although one side isn't as secure as the other). However, my biggest issue is the keyboard cover. Although this article advertises the A2179 model, the keyboard cover is not updated and has the wrong key size (see photo). I was really happy to have a case that helps protect my keyboard from crumbs etc but as it doesn't fit properly it moves when I type making it more difficult. I probably won't use it and feel like my money was wasted if I bought a combo kit that includes a keyboard cover for the wrong computer model.
