Zero Customer Service

I have used this on my cats in the past and had no problems but the last batch I received recently has a manufacture date of two years ago. There is no expiration date on the label so I have no idea if it is effective or even safe. I have already emailed the manufacturer three times and have not received a reply. I also see that this product is no longer available which leads me to believe that this supplement may have been discontinued and the manufacturer is attempting to shift inventory for consumers without regard for their cats. There are many comparable products. I will never go back to Dr. buy Bill. A little bit of customer service is very important to me, but I have an endless supply of trouble if someone decides to gamble with my two cats' health for profit. This supplement can be completely safe. I have no idea. I gave them many days and several emails to convince me of this. Even if they try to answer me at this point that this product is fine, I won't believe them. dr Bill, you're an asshole. UPDATE: Dr. Bill finally emailed me a week after I started emailing them and after spending $20.99 plus tax on a new supplement at my local pet store. Even the day after I left that one star review. dr Bill states that this product has a three year shelf life. It is now September 2018 and this material was produced in 2016. I ordered it on September 5th, so it was almost past its expiry date. I won't be using it as I don't trust a pet supplement company that takes a full week, three emails and a bad review to reply to their customers. There's something wrong with that.
