What I don't like about CANON is that you have to buy a pack rather than what you need at a 'reasonable' price for the quantity. I mostly print in black and white so I end up with extra magenta and yellow. I bought my first Canon 4 years ago while it was under warranty it stopped working and was replaced. Customer service/tech support was great as they helped me troubleshoot possible issues over the phone. When all else failed, the device was replaced. I'm not complaining about their support, just their reliance on ALL filled/installed cartridges to work.
