To be honest I cannot understand all the positive reviews I have read about this mirror as this is my third time reviewing reflected when I got a Vesaur magnifying mirror. The first mirror I received many weeks ago had a very dim light and the 10x magnification was not accurate. This mirror looked like a 5x magnification rather than a 10x. And it comes from my wife who lives and breathes her beauty mirror. I sent this mirror back waiting for a replacement with better lighting and accurate magnification. The second mirror was packaged in a box labeled "5x magnification" and looked exactly like the first Vesaur mirror. At this point I had emailed Vesaur repeatedly and had received no replies. I sent this Vesaur mirror back and awaited my third replacement at a higher price because Vesaur had increased their price. The third replacement arrived about 10 days ago and was marked 10x on the box. However, after comparing it to a smaller unilluminated mirror (Revain) at 10x magnification, it became clear that this is not 10x or even close. So far I have emailed Vesaur seven (7) times with no response from the company. And I talked to Revane about replacing [and then returning] so the woman wouldn't have to be left without a mirror. But it was "not a starting point," as Revane said, that only Vesaur could approve a refund. So we had to place another order and wait again. After 3 tries in a 10x lighted vesaur mirror i had enough as the price went back up and we had to wait for a refund to not pay (but a 3rd time) with a credit card and wait for a vesaur refund . For me Vesaur (32 or 48 medical lamps) the lighting is weak and insufficient; In general, this is far from what my wife needs. The 10x magnification has never been accurate and the glass and stand are of poor quality. The glass itself has a "wavy" effect, as many have written in their reviews. Given that I have emailed Vesaur many times (over 10 times) and there has been no "any" response, I have come to the conclusion that buying this or similar mirrors from Vesaur is a shot in the arm at best Blue is and a waste of time. Worst-case scenario, time and money. If they had answered my emails once I might not have written such a scathing review. Vesaur seems disinterested in customer service and doesn't care about customer satisfaction. Anyway, I can't recommend it.
