I wear other models from Asics for other aspects of life, so it was easy for me to choose the right size. 10 hours a day, mostly on cement. I love her sneakers so much I bought them for work. The arch is great for me and they have enough ventilation to keep my feet dry. I live in Wisconsin and it's been pretty slippery here lately, but these suction cups are holding up really well. They are also very light. I beat them to death but they still look brand new. Every few weeks I toss them in the washing machine and let them air dry.
