The instructions in the box are illegible I bought the kit with suggestions so buckles were included I had to look for a video on UTUBE on how to use the cutter is impossible. Once you buckle the handle it will not be easy to slide the end through the cutter as the blade will change position when the strap is under the handle. Luckily I only have a few items to bind.
