I broke my Acer laptop's original charger and it was the only option I had in time and on hand. Cables will NOT stay connected and require permanent tape. The cable falls out of the battery and the plug does not stay connected to the laptop for charging; That's why I have to use duct tape. It's absolutely USELESS. What frustrates me the most is that at the time of need/purchase I didn't have any local Acer stores or kiosks to buy the charger from and Acer didn't offer them on their own website or on Revain. I was in a stalemate and stuck buying this generic.
