Most importantly, very easy to clean and store! I love how elegant it looks and flows! Everyone is always so amazed at how it works and always comment on how beautiful it looks! How it works. The pourer has a lid that consists of two layers, one (bottom) seals the drink and any fruit you wish to add, the second (visible from the top) fits snugly to the seal. As you begin to pour your drink, the layer visible from above will rise as the pressure of your drink presses on it. I hope that makes sense. Seriously surprised every time lol.
