Finally relief at night
A friend told me about this blanket so I decided to try. So glad I did. The blanket has two sides, one cool side and one side for warmth. Since I’m using for hot flashes I use the cool side. I’m sure most people use a sheet then the blanket, but I just sleep with the blanket over me. It really helps. After awhile, your body heat does use all the cooling so I do wake up during the night to flip the blanket to get the other end.I liked it so much I decided to buy the pillowcases too.
