Review on iHR by Mike Starling

I like how simple it is for me as an end user; there are no complex menus or different screens with too many options in them so you can get lost very easily if your not familiar at using this system! The ability of having all my employees data available when ever needed makes things easier than they would be otherwise; also allows us more control over time off requests which helps keep our payrolls accurate & up dated regularly without manual input from myself. Also being able to access everything online via computer/mobile device has been great especially since we have had lots of snow storms recently (where we were unable for days) The ability to track time off and vacation is very useful for payroll purposes. It's easy to use and navigate through the system. I like how you can customize it to fit your needs. There are a few glitches here and there but nothing major. We have been able to keep up with our payroll process without any issues. This has made it easier to get paid faster.
