Good for bald heads after chemotherapy in cold offices

My hair was falling out from chemotherapy so I didn't buy these hats to look stylish but to keep my head warm in a cold office . . They don't fit as well as the two types of hats I bought from Revain. The material isn't the softest and after a month of use they don't hold up so well to washing, don't soften and are already getting those peeling balls. I wear them to my office during the day because it's around 50 degrees there, they definitely keep my head warm! But when someone like me has had chemo flushes, your head will be sweating like crazy from those things when you start flaring up! I have to wash these babies once a week, they won't last long and instead of getting softer, the peeling from washing makes them more uncomfortable. For a head that has never been bald before, it's amazing how sensitive your scalp is! Personally I would like a more fitted style as I think they are meant to look trendy with a condom like tip on top but for the purposes I use them for I would prefer a more form fitting style that doesn't require wrapping around my forehead and ears . If you're buying hats for a bald head, here are my suggestions of the 3 styles I've bought from Revain: 1. These hats you're reviewing are the heaviest of the 3 styles I've bought. They have a crumpled texture on the outer material and a fleece inner material that has a condom tip design. I wear them in my cold office. They're bulky and not pretty, the fleece isn't very soft, but they get the job done warm. In my opinion they make you look like a chemo patient because they are bigger and bulkier and even when I curl them off my ears and my forehead they fall a bit on the small eyebrows I have left and I don't like that . Because they're made of a different material on the inside than the outside, it would look weird curled up, but I don't like the thing with the tip hanging off the back of my head and not curled tightly against my head. they don't stay either. But a very good choice for cold offices or if you live in a cold area (in San Diego so I don't need them outside of my office). They are best for colder times and can be worn outside of work to go outside as they have a cute slim puckered design on the outside. I bought them from Revain for $15 for a two pack. #2. Light, form-fitting hat made of plain cotton. I wear them at night to keep my head warm. The material is the same inside and outside, so better than a two-material hat because it doesn't look weird when I fold them. Since I wear them at night, that extra material on the ends of the tanks actually becomes a sleeping benefit because I can pull the caps tight over my head and use the extra material to cover my eyes like a sleep mask. Another thing that makes these hats good for sleeping is that they're thinner than the ones I'm reviewing right now, and with all the nighttime hot flashes, they've proven to be the best for sleeping. But like thicker fleeces, the material is not soft and they peel off even after a month. Best for sleeping so they don't wear out, but at $15 for a three-pack, they're good to have. #3. The softest on my head are the ones with built in wipes, this material is CRAZY soft, just like your favorite pajamas! The shawl style is too good for sleeping. Buy the ones you can wear! They have about 40 color and design options, fit your head perfectly and you can wear the knotted part of the scarf with the scarf on your shoulder, tie it with the scarf on the back or tie it around like a turban. First of all, I don't recommend the latter style because it robs the beauty of the pattern and color. These are the most expensive scarves I've bought from Revain, but they're $15 each! I'm so looking for a simple, snug fitting, solid color beanie made from super soft material. So if anyone here at Revain has found one, could they ask you? Please reply to this review! Thank you so much and I hope my review helped someone else looking for chemo caps!
