There are no instructions but it was very easy to understand what to do. The lights are amazing. Everything is very strong and durable. The bracket is made of heavy-duty steel and powder-coated or painted. Appears to be scratch resistant. I love how easy it is to adjust the light to different angles and levels. You can tilt the lights up or down and point them in different directions. I have an older 2001 Toyota with a factory hitch and it fits perfectly.
