I have been using Niagara Conservation products for over a decade and they are generally good but when you have a problem the customer service is terrible. I've had this showerhead for a year and recently had an issue where the faceplate that slides out to clean would not stay in. The showerhead is said to have a 10 year warranty, but when I try to get to Niagara for help, they don't answer my emails or calls. In fact, with previous products, they never answered emails or phone calls asking for help. So remember that you should not rely on customer service when purchasing their products.
