Review on Cristopher Cloos Gouverneur Designer Prescription Eyewear by Jenny Howard

I received both a pair of sunglasses and another model of their Blue Light glasses from Christopher Cloo with the intention of maybe using prescription lenses later and I really liked both of them. So I had high hopes for these glasses, especially after seeing photos of them on both the male and female models. When they arrived I opened the box and let out a loud groan of frustration. The photos do not accurately reflect what you will actually receive. The metal looks very cheap. The color may suit some women, but unless you're Elton John these frames are unflattering and, quite frankly, look ridiculous. These goggles cost over $200, horribly overpriced in my opinion at the very least. If I spotted them in a dollar store for just a few dollars, I'd put them back on display after a cursory inspection. Perhaps other incarnations of these glasses with different finishes or colors can give a different impression. But for both the price and the looks, I can't recommend them.
