Review on Jacquard Juice Fabric Marker Liner by Jennifer Roberts

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Easy to use fabric markers

Ideal for decorating t-shirts, fabric bags, jeans, sneakers, etc. Allow to dry, then iron for 2-3 minutes on cotton setting without stopping the iron. . I was very scared to wash it the first time but it turned out great. I haven't tried them on fabrics that aren't a cotton or polycotton blend, but I've read that because these fabric markers are much "slushier" than other markers, they bleed more heavily on thinner fabrics, especially silk. Pull quickly or lift the tip of the marker off the fabric after short strokes to prevent bleeding. With most types of cotton, you don't have to worry about this. I used them on a fairly thin cotton t-shirt and didn't have this problem. I think they will do well with anything made from natural fibers. The set contains 5 fine dot markers in yellow, blue, red, green and black. You will probably also want to buy medium-sized markers. Jacquard sells kits that contain 4 colored center markers and a black fine dot. Check out Jacquard's Tee Juice Tattoo themed set, which includes medium markers in green, orange, red and purple, plus a fine line black marker. The set also includes a sticker page with themes such as tattoos, flowers and aquaria. They also sell a range of Broad Line Tee Juice fabric markers. Both are great for kids on a rainy day to spice up a t-shirt or pair of trainers. Some retailers sell markers separately in different colors, such as B. Purple, pink and tangerine. I would add a link but Revain doesn't allow that! They currently (2017) cost between $2.09 and $3.59 each, so buying them individually can be very expensive.

Pros
  • Washable and permanent after heating
Cons
  • Not durable
