A bit scary actually
Good quality lighter, it really puts out the flame. The hottest part of the flame is about 1.5 inches high, but you can light something about 3 inches taller than the lighter. I scatter it all over my tool box and don't expect it to break or scratch much. The only downside is that with 3 burners it burns butane pretty quickly. You can place it almost horizontally on the table for easy filling.
