I like that you can have an overview of all your employees in one place. It is easy to keep track with reports about performance or time offs. We use it as our main payroll software but haven't found anything we dislike yet! Sometimes there are some glitches when updating employee information so be sure to check often if this happens to any particular person/employee. Using Remote Team has helped us manage our team better by being able to see who's working from home at anytime without having them come into their office every day. This helps ensure everyone stays productive while also allowing me flexibility when needed. Also allows my colleagues in other offices access too which makes life easier especially since they don’t always get enough work done during normal business hours.
