Review on TopBraid by Tom Beland

I like that we can easily add new policies, rules or processes without having any programming knowledge required! The user interface could be more intuitive when working with some applications such as Salesforce CRM which are not supported by default in our environment yet but this will come soon enough so no worries there :) This tool has helped us create complex workflows very quickly while keeping track at all times where everything stands within each process/workflow step thanks also its integration capabilities into other tools including SFDC etc!
