
As the title suggests, the item worked great the first four times (May-July 2020). I have written to Brill's with part number PC-120010. The company "didn't recognize" the item number. Okay, photo with article number sent on 08/13/2020. So far, as of August 30, 2020, no answer. I'll try trying again and if Brill's gives me an answer I'll post it here. I advise against buying this product for the time being. Many Thanks. 9/1/2020 Addendum: I don't know if Brill saw this review or if the good karma is just on my side. I received an email this morning asking for my mailing address so Brill's could send me a new one. Fingers crossed. 09/08/2020 Addendum: Received new replacement item directly from Brill's. Everything seems to be working fine now. "Stars" rating increased from one to four.
