Instructions would be very helpful! The rest is good.
My wife and I thought long and hard about how to open it. Finally, I got a tip from one of the reviews that worked. The instructions may tell you to hold the left side of the clasp with your left hand and the right side of the clasp with your right hand. Then move your left hand toward you and your right hand away from you. (ALSO: Another space would allow for a full phone number with both dashes included.) Too tight, so I'll try someone's soak-and-stretch suggestion. Thanks to the commenters.
