Your reviews are correct, the belt is a little big but it's a very simple fix if it bothers you. The fabric is very soft but the tag is terrible. bulky and itchy, it had to be excised. My son just upgraded to 3T, I ordered 3/4 and except for rolling up the sleeves and cuffs it fits perfectly. We're definitely not only going to wear this for Halloween.
