All I can say is that it meets the expectations of a 9 year old boy who uses it at church or other formal family at least once a week or so , absolutely met gatherings. we have. He's been using it for a few months now and it's his favorite tie. We parents like it a lot better than the clothespin because it stays in place and looks better, doesn't move as much and he can do it himself! Fortunately, we could avoid food stains and so on, so we look forward to many more months of use, if not longer. depending on how fast it grows! The fabric is nice, doesn't look or feel cheap to me and it's a lag. Highly recommended!
