I realize that compared to many of the reviewers here I'm relatively young --- I'm under 40 - and I still have most of my dark hair, but when the grey, white and silver twigs I was seeing started getting annoying I decided to try this product (I think it's better to pick the damn thing) and I took pills I think 7-9 months . now and i will just say that it seems to be working so far. My hair used to be a dull dark brown/black but now it seems to be a rich glossy raven black; My eyes have also gotten darker, they used to be dark amber and now they're dark brown and my beige complexion seems a bit darker now too, an orange-brown hue, maybe because it contains something that increases melanin production, which over time tend to decrease over the years, and while most of the gray is still there, they seem to be slowly but steadily becoming less noticeable. I'm not sure if this will have the same effect on others or not, but if you prefer lighter hair, eyes and skin and that's a concern for you, then this product probably isn't for you; but if that concern is secondary to any shades of gray you might also notice, give it a try and see what happens. Some of these other reviews reflect frustration and impatience, but I recommend at least trying; maybe it depends on various factors how well it works for a person like age, lifestyle, genetics and how patient you are. I think it may work for some people but not necessarily for others.
