Review on Oneteam by Mark Kolipano

The best part about ONETEAM is its ability to give an edge over other HRMS systems in terms of cost management as well ease-of-use for end users (employees). It also has great reporting capabilities which makes it easier than ever before when you want analyze your data or create reports from scratch! I wish there were more integrations with third party applications like Slack/Zendesk etc so we can have better collaboration between internal teams & external partners such as clients / vendors. One thing i really dislike here was how difficult one needs to be able t understand some things regarding this product - even after going through online tutorials provided by them but still not getting all concepts clear. This system allows us to easily track our performance metrics alongwith giving feedbacks directly into employees' inbox's instead of sending emails at times using different softwares separately. The platform is very easy to use and it is very helpful to have all the information at once. I like that it has a lot of features that can be used to keep the employees more engaged. The platform is very good, I recommend it. I have not found anything to dislike. I have used it to keep my employees engaged and to have more training sessions.
