We have 9-10 years. an old 27 inch TV in the bedroom and we're not going to replace it because it does what it's supposed to do - help me fall asleep while watching C-Span or maybe an episode of Columbo or something. Up to now we have had problems with different DVD players, some more complex than others, but all require cleaning our DVDs and in many cases refuse to play some of them even after several cleanings. I'm happy to report that this little $25 player will play ALL DVDs. I've thrown it on so far, among other things, that its predecessor, a relatively expensive car that I've trashed in less than 2 years of service, refused to recognize.I've been using this device for almost 2 months. In terms of features... well, it plays DVDs. It has stop, fast forward/rewind, pause. Is it important? The remote control isn't very well designed, but again, [.] it works well.
