Love this pillow. I've always had problems with pillows as I don't sleep well. I tend to fold pillows in my sleep and wake up with neck and shoulder pain. I've tried all types of pillows and had trouble finding one that I could sleep comfortably on and wake up without pain. When someone told me about this pillow, I thought it was too good to be true. I LOVE THIS PILLOW! I'm so happy I bought it. When I first took it out of the box I was concerned because it was heavy and I thought it would be like sleeping on a brick but this is the most comfortable pillow I have ever used. It stays flat, but once you've adjusted your neck and head to your liking, it actually stays that way until you start moving. It wraps around the head and neck and gives you plenty of support. I never thought I could be comfortable with just one pillow (I usually sleep with two for extra support), but it's comfortable. There is a little noise when shifting and driving, but that's not a problem as other reviews have said. There is no smell or other negative issues that I can find. I am a fan, unfortunately my husband is not. I bought him one too and he doesn't like it. He sleeps with that pillow on the bottom and the other two on top, which defeats the purpose. I think it's a personal preference. Along with my chiropractic visits and this pillow, I finally feel almost no pain when I wake up. I haven't felt like this in a long time.
