You get what you pay for with these thermal printers, this item has worked flawlessly. Love the size of the labels, this is my first label maker of this size and what a delight! The app is very intuitive and easy to use, even people with technical issues love the variety of fonts and with so many things to import and print, endless possibilities. Of course, for business purposes, you can use barcodes, etc. The print quality is excellent. I love thermals, I hate ink carts. It really is plug and play, at least in my experience, so I couldn't be happier. They come in all price ranges, the more you pay the more features you get. disadvantage here. highly recommended.
