Fantastic Backpack/Fantastic Customer Service
At first my daughter and I spent hours looking for the perfect backpack for her first day of second grade. We have agreed on that. We ordered it but due to demand we couldn't get it before class started. I haven't had time to break the news to my daughter yet. I contacted the company, explained the situation and tried to cancel. Instead, they shipped her backpack via UPS Expedited Shipping, which cost more than the backpack and didn't cost me any extra. It was fantastic customer service! Now to the backpack. SHE LOVED IT. Very well made, very detailed and my little girl couldn't wait to take it to school today. We couldn't be happier. My wife wasn't thrilled with the price but when she saw it she was also very happy with the purchase. Most of all customer service.
