Brilliant purchase for school. The kid loved it. I suggested two other backpacks that could be used, but it had to be this one. Plenty of space for books, folders; more on the sturdy side for a backpack which i like and although the zippers look a bit cheap nothing broke and we are in our second week of school. Features a front pocket with Velcro closure for storing extra masks and space for a water bottle. (The doll was a nice addition.) Appreciation!

UPDATE: customer service is TOP! We had some issues with the original backpack we purchased but they contacted us immediately to fix the issue. I'm glad to hear that they wanted to fix the design flaws so the next batch of backpacks wouldn't have these issues. They sent me a new backpack in excellent condition.
