I bought this for my 8 year old son. He is smaller (height and weight) and suits him very well. Yes, his ability to take normal strides is hampered by the fact that they have leg holes, but he loves the suit so much he doesn't care. It's a lot of fun and I like the way they have legs. It completely covers his legs, making it look like he has crawly legs. The suit will explode in just a minute. He can see perfectly, but you can barely see his face and head unless you get close. The costume is a bit overpriced but your kid will love it, I bet no other kid will have one. When it's cold outside, you can easily layer warm clothes underneath.
