I don't like the long rope hanging from it and I had to tie a knot in it to keep it from bending. As I am good at sewing, I will remove the lace and replace it with an elastic band to better secure it on my daughter's head. It's ok as I didn't spend too much money on it. It's definitely not for kids, but even more so for me
