I was delighted to get this for my new dog who is only 4 months old. The quality looked great and looked very nice. I put a collar on her probably 5-6 times when one day during a walk the collar came undone. I almost had a heart attack since she was a puppy, she tried to run away and I was lucky I grabbed her. Upon closer inspection of the collar, I found that the clip releases so easily when held at a certain angle. All you have to do is hold it at that angle and pull a little and it will come out. That's why I give her 3 stars, she can use the collar at home but will need to be replaced when you take her out. The design looks great very happy with it but the durability is not to my liking. On the other hand I may have gotten a bad one just couldn't return it as I bought it well before Christmas and opened it a few days after Christmas.
