This product has everything right, but not a bit. It slides a little over the original coating. One of the main issues with this thing is that if the guard slides down far enough, the sensor will jam and the headset will go black. At first I thought my headset was broken, I looked away or squinted, then the screen went black again. After inspecting the headset I found the protective case slipped down and blocked the sensor, when I moved the protective case the headset caught fire again. So I removed the original protective sleeve and used three pieces of tape wrapped around the top of the protective sleeve to keep it from sliding off and then snapped the whole thing back. With some modifications there are no more problems and the tape is hardly felt.
