The tool is very useful for finding candidates from different sources, it's easy-to use interface allows you find good matches between your profile needs & their search criteria requirements as well! It has helped me reduce my recruitment process by more than 90%.

There are no downsides but I think that if there were any they would be easily fixable through improvement suggestions or comments made via support team members (through chat). We have been using this platform since last 3 years now - we've never faced issues regarding compatibility so far nor do i foresee one anytime soon either!! A great way to connect directly with potential candidate base without going though multiple recruiters/companies etc., which helps save both our cost AND TIME.
