UPDATE: Use only zip ties to secure, no zip ties, leather straps not included. I lost my bag during a 3 hour drive on the Autobahn without realizing it until I arrived at my destination 😞. Still a great bag after over a year in the sun! Great little bag. Easy to mount on the handlebars, but difficult to mount on my frame. I used two clamps and some zip ties. This is solid rock. I use it as a tool roll in my saddlebag. Significantly cheaper than a triangular saddlebag and from the reviews I've read on these saddlebags, this leather is much better. The straps that come with it aren't as good as the case so I used them for the bracelet project. It sags slightly over time due to the straps sewn to the body; They are not as thick as the bag. Sag was to be expected, but so far very minimal. I made it coarse to suit my swimmer's imperfection. Not wet, not dirty. I believe if I keep it relatively clean it will stand up to the elements and the sun. It came with some nice little extras and a large canvas bag with a leather drawstring that I haven't found a purpose for yet. Cool little bag!
