E17 bulb Weird size, not always easy to find and bulbs not always the cheapest. I tried a few lamp socket adapters to change to a standard size lamp and long story short the bulbs overheated and generated so much heat that the adapters were literally burned. These new LED bulbs are still amazing. They're the perfect size and size for a ceiling fan, they're bright and generate little heat (only slightly warm to the touch compared to the old "hot" regular incandescent bulbs). They'll probably last longer than a real ceiling fan, so this is a great upgrade for me.
