**EDIT** I bought this in March and after 4 months the armrest broke. The back of the chair has been repaired. First they sent me back a fabric, and then finally a back with leather, and now I only had to contact them again because the armrest was simply broken in half. Assembly was easy except for the armrests. The screws weren't long enough so the washers had to be removed. Even then, they were difficult to attach. The chair arrived damaged and I have emailed the boss and am waiting to see if they will replace it. I really don't feel like taking the whole chair apart to send it back. As you can see from the photos, I ordered different wheels than the ones that come with the chair. The armrests are not high enough for me and I wish they were soft. If possible, you should buy adjustable armrests. I wish I had. I like having my hand on the armrest while my hand is on the mouse but now they are too low when I raise the chair higher my knees hit the table. I guess I'll have to get used to the new chair first. Getting in and out of the chair takes some getting used to, as does the fact that the contact surface on the back and underside is significantly smaller than that of a typical office chair. I just needed something that would work with my very tall desk.
