I bought this rustic white housekeeper and I love it. However, I had a problem with the screw attachment. They are very cheap and flimsy. I put the left one in just fine, but when I tried to screw the right side to the bracket, the screw was somehow permanently attached to the bracket and the bracket itself came out about half an inch from the wall. It's been over a week and I'm still trying to find someone to help me figure out what to do so I can actually use it. After removing the bracket I found that both sides were very easy to deform and fold back. This is very disappointing, especially considering both sides were equal. Installation issues aside, the product itself is great! I can't wait to finally figure out how to get it there.
