I liked the look of this box, I'm sure a big car fan. The initial wow factor that came from the feedback from colleagues, family and friends all seeing this installed in my car was definitely good. However: - Doesn't quite fit my 2016 Corolla S Plus. Has about 3-4 inches top/bottom (depending on if you put it higher or lower). This is a problem because: - It is unreliable. When I lift it, the center sags in and the underside sags back into the cockpit a bit, darkening the presentation - no matter how far you place the suction cups (which tightens the yoke in the center so the shells pull out loose). ). Which shows another problem: - The cups suck just fine BUT the holes/hooks don't line up well, especially in the heat. Basically, the cup rubber heats up and the rubber shifts over time. So you walk up to your car and the whole corner has slipped/disabled within hours of completion, ruining not only function but presentation. For the price maybe someone can argue that this is a one time pass but I'm not a fan of this pass. I expected more, but this didn't convince me. Looks cool, doesn't work.
